Description of Epoxy Stick Adhesive Sealing For Car Repair Stick
Feature: Half an hour Epoxy Putty Car Repair Stick is a type of epoxy adhesive that solidifies quickly and has good sealing and insulating properties. High strength, low shrinkage, water resistance, mild acid resistance, ease of use, and environmental friendliness are all features.
The modified Epoxy Resin mucus is component A, and the modified curing agent is component B.
Application Scope: Metal, ceramics, dimension stone, concrete, glass, and other materials can all be bonded, repaired, and sealed with these products. Its primary uses include sealing pipes, repairing cleaning equipment, sealing swimming pools, housetops, laundry rooms, basements, balconies, solar installations, casting parts, repairing cultural relics, antisepsis instruments, real estate management, construction, engineering maintenance, pipe connections, and mold creation, among other things.
Using Method: 1. After removing any oil, grime, or rust, clean and dry the surface. If the surface is smooth, it must first be made rough before being cleaned and allowed to dry.
2. To use adhesive cement, equally combine glues A and B in a 1:1 ratio. After equally mixing, the process should be finished in three to five minutes. Please use pressure to apply the glue to the surface during the operation. After an hour, it will be as hard as steel.
Caution: 1. When using it, there must be an even amount for the two components to combine. Avoid using the remaining glue twice.
2. Keep the glue away from the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, wash it with soap and water. If it gets on the eyes, flush it with clean water and get medical help right away.
3. If you plan to use it in the winter, make sure the glue and surfaces you want to attach are heated to a warm temperature (around 23±2°C).
4. Take extra care to prevent children from touching and putting their mouths in danger.
Packing and Storage:
1. Store the items in a dry, shaded area with an airtight seal. It has a one-year shelf life. If it passes the test and is found to be past its shelf life, it can be used.
2. Transport and preserve as non-hazardous goods.
